C3SC are proud to be involved in the great work taking place across Cardiff to make our home a Dementia Friendly City.
Yesterday our Chief Executive Sheila Hendrickson-Brown signed the Dementia Friendly pledge and Twitter has been alive this week with organisations showing their commitment towards this great movement.
