Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board are looking for an unpaid carer to join our Board to influence and plan long-term support and services across the region.

We’d love to hear from you if you feel you can use your knowledge and links to other carers to ensure our work reflects the views and experiences of unpaid carers.

We know how hard it can be to find help when people need it the most and that the challenges unpaid carers face have become even harder over the last few years. This is an exciting opportunity to look to the future by becoming a member of the Regional Partnership Board and shared Chair of the Unpaid Carers Board, which oversees the development of services we fund to support unpaid carers.

To give you a flavour of our work, we will be:

  • Publishing an Unpaid Carers Charter to help people understand if they are carers and the support they can expect;
  • Publicising the Carers Gateway, which supports unpaid carers and helps them access financial advice, grants and other services. Please click here to watch a film about their work;
  • Developing our plans for the next five years – shaping services around what matters most to people and bringing them as close to home as possible.

Please click here to read more about the role and complete the Expression of Interest. This will need to be returned to [email protected] by 23 September 2022. Interviews will take place on 19 and 20 October 2022.

If you would like any information or have any questions, please contact Lani Tucker by emailing [email protected] or calling 01446 741706.

Mae Bwrdd Partneriaeth Rhanbarthol Caerdydd a’r Fro yn chwilio am ofalwr di-dâl i ymuno â’n Bwrdd i ddylanwadu a chynllunio cymorth a gwasanaethau hirdymor ar draws y rhanbarth.

Byddem wrth ein boddau’n clywed gennych os ydych yn teimlo y gallwch ddefnyddio eich gwybodaeth a’ch cysylltiadau â gofalwyr eraill i sicrhau bod ein gwaith yn adlewyrchu barn a phrofiadau gofalwyr di-dâl.

Rydym yn gwybod pa mor anodd y gall fod i ddod o hyd i help pan fo pobl ei angen fwyaf a bod yr heriau y mae gofalwyr di-dâl yn eu hwynebu wedi dod yn anoddach fyth dros y flwyddyn ddiwethaf. Dyma gyfle cyffrous i edrych tua’r dyfodol drwy ddod yn aelod o’r Bwrdd Partneriaeth Rhanbarthol a Chyd-gadeirydd y Bwrdd Gofalwyr Di-dâl, sy’n goruchwylio’r gwaith o ddatblygu gwasanaethau rydyn ni’n eu hariannu i gefnogi gofalwyr di-dâl.

I roi blas i chi ar ein gwaith, byddwn yn:

  • Cyhoeddi Siarter Gofalwyr Di-dâl i helpu pobl ddeall os ydynt yn ofalwyr a’r cymorth y gallant ei ddisgwyl;
  • Rhoi cyhoeddusrwydd i’r Porth Gofalwyr, sy’n cefnogi gofalwyr di-dâl a’u helpu i gael cyngor ariannol, grantiau a gwasanaethau eraill. Cliciwch yma i wylio ffilm am eu gwaith;
  • Datblygu ein cynlluniau ar gyfer y pum mlynedd nesaf – gan siapio gwasanaethau o amgylch yr hyn sydd bwysicaf i bobl a dod â nhw mor agos at adref â phosib.

Cliciwch yma i ddarllen mwy am y rôl a chwblhau’r Datganiadau o Ddiddordeb. Bydd angen dychwelyd at [email protected] erbyn 23 Medi 2022. Cynhelir y cyfweliadau ar 19 a 20 Hydref 2022.

Os hoffech gael gwybodaeth neu os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau, cysylltwch â Lani Tucker trwy e-bostio [email protected] neu ffonio 01446 741706.

Gan obeithio clywed yn ôl gennych chi.
