The Care Collective currently have two grants available for unpaid carers. The first of these is the Welsh Government Amser Fund programme that offers a one-off grant to support Carers to have a break from their norm and invest in their wellbeing. The second is Welsh Government Carers Support Fund, which has been put in place to help carers deal with financial pressures. For more details about both of these grants follow the link here.
