C3SC is working with its members to develop a Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Strategy framework for Cardiff. The framework is at its latest stages of consultation, and we are looking for quotes from services providers to help us take the strategy to the next phase, building on the work already undertaken. We are looking for quotes to:
- Develop a co-produced VCSE Strategic framework – including planning and delivery of engagement opportunities with members, partners and the wider third sector, writing up the strategy, and proposing recommendations for an operational plan; the recommendations for the operational plan should include planned actions, timelines and a proposed governance structure.
- The above to be started by January 2022 and finalised by end of April 2022.
Funding is available to deliver this piece of work up to £15,000.
