Washable period pads from Cardiff People First

Cardiff People First is offering free washable period pads and period pants to anyone in Cardiff with a learning disability and/or autism who has periods, thanks to Cardiff Council Period Dignity and Cheeky Pants. Call us to see samples and get a personalised pack that will last you through your periods. They are vegan and eco friendly, with no chemicals, soft and comfortable. Not only are they free, they save you the money you would otherwise spend buying disposable.

So long as you are in Cardiff we can also offer a discount on orders if you don’t fit our criteria for free items. For example period swimsuits, or incontinence pads and pants, including for teens and men, or pads and pants for those without a learning disability.

As with everything we do; leading this project is Becky, who has a learning disability. She can meet you individually, or can meet up with a group for a fun introduction to the products.
