Cardiff and Vale Regional Innovation Co-ordination Hub (RIC Hub) are pleased to announce the next Social Prescribing Network event will take place from 3.30-5pm on Monday 9th October 2023 via MS Teams. This follows on from the recent ‘Future-proofing social prescribing in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan’ events hosted by the Wales School for Social Prescribing Research (WSSPR).

- a session on the Development Matrix, covering why it has been developed, the benefits of utilising the tool and how it can be used.
- Dr Karen Pardy (Former Cluster Lead for the Cardiff South West Primary Care Cluster)
- a Q&A session and practical insight into social prescribing from a primary care cluster perspective
