Set up by Platfform, the Sebiant Sanctuary offers a welcoming space for those experiencing crisis, and who are in need of mental health support. The Sanctuary team offer advice, support and a safe space to breathe and connect. The Sanctuary is open every day of the year from 5pm till late. To access the Sanctuary the first step is to call the NHS 111 helpline by dialling 111 and pressing 2. If appropriate, the NHS 111 team will refer over to the Sanctuary and one of the Sanctuary team will aim to call back within 30 minutes. Telephone support and face to face appointments (if desired) are offered that same evening.
