Safeguarding Recognition Awards Ceremony

As this has been an unprecedented year which has seen increased pressures upon staff in all agencies, it was felt to be particularly important to continue to recognise all the hard work and efforts staff have made in continuing to safeguard those within our community.

Arrangements will therefore be made for this year’s Safeguarding Recognition Awards Ceremony to be held as a virtual event on Friday 20th November, via Microsoft TEAMS (time to be confirmed).  Although it is recognised that this virtual approach of delivering/hosting the event will have its limitations, it is a method that we know all agencies are able to access.

In order to ensure continuity from last year’s event, there will be a total of 5 categories for this year’s awards (which are outlined in the attached nomination form).
