Mae WCVA wedi comisiynu’r Athrawon Carolyn Wallace a Mark Llewellyn o Brifysgol De Cymru i’n helpu i gasglu mewnwelediadau i rôl dyfodol y sector gwirfoddol mewn sicrhau llesiant i bobl Cymru.

Hoffem eich gwahodd yn ffurfiol i gymryd rhan mewn tri gweithgaredd ar-lein ac ar wahân dros y chwe wythnos nesaf. Pwrpas yr ymarfer yw symud tuag at safbwynt consensws ar rôl y sector ar les dinasyddion ar ôl 2020.

Bydd yr astudiaeth yn cael ei chynnal ar-lein gan ddefnyddio meddalwedd o’r enw Group Wisdom a bydd yn cynnwys gweithgaredd taflu syniadau, ac yna gweithgareddau grwpio a graddio i gyd yn gysylltiedig â’r pwnc. Ni fydd pob gweithgaredd yn para mwy na 20-30 munud a gallwch ddechrau a dod yn ôl i’r gweithgaredd pan fydd gennych ychydig o amser rhydd.

Cam nesaf

Nodwch eich diddordeb mewn cymryd rhan yn yr astudiaeth hon trwy ddychwelyd yr e-bost hwn i carolyn.wallace@southwales.ac.uk. Yna bydd Carolyn yn cysylltu â chi gyda gwybodaeth bellach ac yn anfon ffurflen gydsynio i chi ei lenwi. Unwaith y dychwelir hyn ati, bydd yn darparu dolen i’r feddalwedd ac enw defnyddiwr a chyfrinair unigryw i chi.

Rydym yn gwybod pa mor brysur a heriol yw pethau ar hyn o bryd, ond gobeithiwn y gallwch ddod o hyd i ychydig o amser i’n helpu i feddwl trwy’r rôl bwysig y bydd angen i’r sector ei chwarae ar ôl 2020.

Diolch i chi, gwerthfawrogir eich cyfranogiad yn fawr. Os oes gennych unrhyw ymholiadau peidiwch ag oedi cyn cysylltu â Carolyn neu Mark: carolyn.wallace@southwales.ac.uk neu mark.llewellyn@southwales.ac.uk.

****************************************

WCVA has commissioned Professors Carolyn Wallace and Mark Llewellyn of the University of South Wales to help us gather insights into the future role of the voluntary sector in achieving well-being for the people of Wales.

We would like you to formally invite you to engage in three separate online activities over the next six weeks. The purpose of the exercise is to move toward a consensus position on the role of the sector post 2020 for the well-being of citizens.

The study will be run online using software called Group Wisdom and it will involve a brainstorming exercise, followed by grouping and rating activities all related to the topic. Each activity will last no more than 20-30 minutes and you can start and come back to the activity when you have some free time.

Action

Please indicate your interest in participating in this study by returning this e-mail to carolyn.wallace@southwales.ac.uk. Carolyn will then contact you with further information and send a consent form for you to complete. Once this is returned to her, she will provide you with a link to the software and a unique username and password.

We know how busy and challenging things are at the moment, but hope that you might be able to find a short amount of time to help us think through the important role that the sector will need to play post 2020.

Thank you in anticipation of your participation, it is very much appreciated. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact Carolyn or Mark: carolyn.wallace@southwales.ac.uk or mark.llewellyn@southwales.ac.uk.
