Age Cymru has launched a brand-new, volunteer-led, telephone listening service called Listen and Connect.
The service is for older people who may be experiencing feelings of loneliness and isolation. Volunteers provide a safe space where people are listened to and supported to explore the issues that are important to them.
The ttelephone lines are open from 10am – 4pm.
