Invitation: Launch of the Unpaid Carers Charter

Official Launch of the Unpaid Carers Charter for Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan 

Around 1 in 10 people who live in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan provide unpaid care to a family member or friend. 

The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board would be delighted if you could join them for the launch of our Unpaid Carers Charter that highlights the commitment of partners across the region including NHS, local authorities, voluntary and 3rd sector organisations, and outlines how you will be supported if you are an unpaid carer. 

Date: Friday 24 March 2023  

Time: 10.30-12.30  

Venue: Temple of Peace, King Edward VII Avenue, Cardiff CF10 3AP 

There will be the opportunity to:  

  • Chat with the team involved over refreshments and gather information about a range of services,  
  • Find out more about the Charter and the impact it will have,  
  • Ask the expert Panel who are leading work developing and delivering support for carers any questions you may have.
