Innovate Trust are looking for testers of their new Insight App. A brand new section all about volunteering has been created and they want your help to develop it further.
The volunteering section will cover topics such as:
- What volunteering means
- Why volunteering is good
- How to be the best volunteer
- Sharing volunteering stories
- Volunteering opportunities you can try
Individuals interested in testing out the app are welcome to attend an upcoming session to give their feedback.
Sessions will cover:
- Asking individuals to decide a name for the hub and design a logo
- Asking for feedback on the accessibility of the new volunteer hub and what individuals would like to see on there
- Creating easy read articles and videos focusing on individual’s experiences of volunteering
- Accessing volunteering opportunities through the volunteer hub
- Asking individuals what makes a good volunteer and how to improve volunteering skills
- Asking individuals what the benefits of volunteering are for them
- Plus lots more!
Sessions will take place on a Monday once a month at 2:30-4pm at Chapter in the Cwtch room. The next sessions are happening on 25th March and 22nd April.
