Grow Well Cardiff is holding a Referrers Open Day for the Grow Well Project on Tuesday 17th Oct, 12-3pm at Riverside Health Centre Garden

The Grow Well Project is a therapeutic community gardening project, part of the Social Prescribing offer in the South West Cardiff GP Cluster ( Caerau, Ely, Canton, Pontcanna, Riverside). We have been running for 7 years and have 3 award winning garden sites in the community where food is grown and shared, wildlife flourishes and we help people to connect and grow through nature.

The Grow Well Project would love to offer the opportunity for you to come along and chat with us, about how our project could meet the needs of your clients / service users, to give you a chance to ask any questions about the way we work, and to make new links between staff and services that will help us to improve and grow.

The open day is a drop in session, and will include:

  • Time to chat with the Grow Well staff team, lead volunteers and volunteers to hear first hand about the project
  • Tea, Coffee, Cake & Garden Soup in the garden shelter
  • Information Leaflets and posters to take away for your colleagues/organisation and service users
  • Plants & seeds to take away

To register for the event follow the link here.
