Cymru Versus Arthritis: 6 Week Virtual Wellbeing Programme

Do you live with arthritis? This SIX WEEK programme explores acceptance, happiness, positivity, motivation, and tools to manage the condition.

This is the third Wellbeing course programme, delivered as part of our CWTCH Cymru project, which aims to provide high quality services to reduce the impact of pain, isolation, and loneliness, enabling people with arthritis to live with and manage their condition with confidence.

This is a course run over six weeks – so please see the dates below before you register.

Places are limited and participants are expected to attend all six sessions.

Programme 3 – Saturday Mornings

9:00am – 10:00am

1.    Saturday 7th January 2023

2.    Saturday 14th January 2023

3.    Saturday 21st January 2023

4.    Saturday 28th January 2023

5.    Saturday 4th February 2023

6.    Saturday 11th February 2023
