We would like to highlight Roger Marshall for winning the Volunteer Coordinator of the Year Award at the Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2022.
Roger has been a Community First Responder (CFR) for over 7 years, with relentless dedication. Cardiff is one of our busiest, highly populated areas with a high volume of 999 calls. Roger not only volunteers his own time to respond to the emergency calls, providing emergency care to patients and their families before the crew arrives, he is also the coordinator of one of their biggest groups of volunteers, including the Cardiff Medics.
