COVID Realities: New research working in partnership with parents and carers living on a low income

Do you work with parents and carers living on a low income? If so, help us spread the word* about new research documenting the experiences of families living on a low income during the pandemic. Parents and carers who get involved can complete an online diary, answer the ‘big question of the week’, and join other participants in online discussion groups to develop recommendations for change.

Participants can do as little or as much as they like; and are regularly thanked with gift vouchers. Those already involved talk about valuing the opportunity to be part of trying to make things better for the future; and of feeling less alone because of hearing about others experiences.

The research project is a collaboration between the universities of York, Birmingham and Child Poverty Action Group, and is funded by the Nuffield Foundation. Find out more. Visit the project website, www.covidrealities.org, email [email protected] or watch this video
