The Carers Wales Carers Assembly is taking place on Monday 19th February at the Siambr Hywel, the old debating chamber, at the Senedd in Cardiff Bay Cardiff and online.

The event is an opportunity for unpaid carers across Wales to engage directly with elected politicians and senior figures from health and social services in Wales. Carers will lead the debate throughout the day, shaping how policymakers and professionals in Wales can make carers’ lives better through working together to find solutions.

Anybody who would be interested should submit a short expression of interest to Carers Wales via the forms below (in-person spaces are limited). There are bursaries available to support carers from across Wales who wish to attend in person meet travel, accommodation or respite care costs. If you indicate that you would need a bursary on the expression of interest form, then Carers Wales can work with you to support this.

Carers can express their interest in attending online or in-person via the Expression of Interest Form: https://www.carersuk.org/wales/get-involved/Wales-Carers-Assembly-2024
