The Arts Council of Wales’s ‘Night Out’ scheme helps community groups in Wales put on a professional shows in their local area by taking away the headache of financial risk. The scheme works in partnership with the local authorities to help groups of volunteers across Wales bring the arts to the heart of their communities.
