Businesses and organisations across Cardiff are being supported to become Dementia Friendly, as part of the Welsh Government’s commitment to building Dementia Friendly Communities throughout Wales.
In partnership with Dementia Friendly Cardiff and Vale, Marie Curie is able to provide support and resources produced by the Alzheimer’s Society for you to choose simple low-cost actions to enable your organisation to become more welcoming and accessible for people living with dementia. Examples include making light but meaningful changes to physical environments such as reviewing signage. You can also raise awareness via free Dementia Friends sessions for colleagues.
