The Carers Project is a joint piece of work between Age Cymru and Carers Wales. It is a great opportunity for unpaid carers to share their experiences of caring so that they can influence policy and find out about support available.  Involvement in the project is open to anyone aged 50 or over that is caring for someone, including caring for someone living with dementia, or caring for someone who has since moved into a residential or nursing home. More details about getting involved can be found here.
