From 15th January 2024, Ageing Well information sessions are available in 17 Hubs across Cardiff. Some of them take place weekly and some of them are once a month. The sessions are open to anybody in the community. You don’t even have to be over 50 to speak to our team – if you know someone who could benefit from our advice, please come along and ask on their behalf. Even better: bring them with you if you can.
