The current Dementia Action Plan for Wales was introduced in 2018 with a subsequent companion document in 2021, which outlined priorities in dementia care and support in Wales. The Welsh Government are seeking to build on this work and develop a new dementia plan. The survey is intended to gather views on the key areas that should be focussed on throughout the engagement process for this work. The answers to the survey will be used to shape the conversations during the engagement activities for the new dementia plan.
