Mental Health and Nature/Green Interest Group

Cardiff and Vale Mental Health and Nature Interest Group are inviting representatives from organisations and groups with an interest in mental health and green/nature to a forum to share information and resources around green interventions. This includes volunteering opportunities, food growing and distribution, learning gardening and habitat maintenance skills, art and creativity, social activities in green spaces and ecotherapy.

The initial meeting will be at 11am -1pm on Friday 12th April at Leckwith Droves Allotment, Bessemer Road, Cardiff.
