Are you involved in a local community group, grassroots organisation, or neighbourhood project making a difference in the South West of Cardiff?

We’d love you to join us and help us develop the Cardiff South West local Community Groups Forum – a new space for local groups to meet, connect, collaborate, and influence real changes in community health and wellbeing.

This pilot session, delivered in partnership by ACE and C3SC, brings together local groups to add their voices to help shape the future of health and wellbeing planning in South West Cardiff.

What to expect:

🌟 Find out about the support available from C3SC – we can help with funding, training, volunteering and community development opportunities.
🌟 Hear about local health challenges and priorities in the South West cluster.

🌟 Provide your insights from the community and help influence local health & wellbeing plans.
🌟 Have your say on the top priorities for local health and wellbeing and future local Community Group Meet‑up sessions.

This is your opportunity to make sure grassroots community experience and knowledge help guide local decisions—because no one understands community needs better than the people living and working directly in them.
