Third Sector Development Manager

Claire joined C3SC in April 2021 as Third Sector Development Manager, following 25 years in Local Government in a variety of roles including but not exclusive to joint partnership working and developing innovative community projects and empowering communities to take ownership in making these projects sustainable. Her role is to provide a comprehensive and responsive infrastructure third sector support service focused on community resilience, community action and effective engagement in public policy and services. She joined C3SC because ‘I am passionate about supporting communities and listening to their needs and aspirations with a focus on building resilient and cohesive communities.’ She is committed to promoting positive partnership working as she strongly believes that together we can achieve more. Outside of work Claire spends the majority of her time at the Gower, she also enjoys walking, outdoor cold water swimming, cooking and reading.
