Workforce Wellbeing Hub for Leaders and Professionals
Supporting others and leading teams can be challenging. Balancing work, family, and personal health, while facing pressures like meetings, deadlines, and imposter syndrome, can lead to burnout. Prioritising wellbeing helps build resilience, creativity, and a growth mindset, enabling leaders and professionals to thrive.
Cardiff & Vale Area Planning Board, in partnership with Kinbee and Calm in the Chaos, offers a Workforce Wellbeing Hub with tailored resources, courses, and group sessions for both leaders and professionals.
Upcoming Sessions:
  • Tuesday, 22nd October | 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
  • Friday, 25th October | 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
