Human Rights event at the Temple of Peace

The Welsh Centre for International Affairs are organising an event to celebrate the 75th birthday of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. With inspirational speakers, creative performances, shared experiences and round table discussions, the event will celebrate achievements and explore challenges, and discuss what human rights mean for Wales now and for future generations.

Opened by the Minister for Social Justice and Chief Whip Jane Hutt, Counsel General and Minister for the Constitution Mick Antoniw and Deputy Minister for Social Partnership, Hannah Blythyn. Funded by and in partnership with the Welsh Government.

The event will take place between 9:30am and 2pm on Thursday 7th December at the Temple of Peace.  Refreshments and a hot lunch will be provided.

Simultaneous translation will be provided at the event.
