Digital Inclusion Activity Survey: LIVE

Our Digital Inclusion activity survey is now open to organisations across Wales that provide digital support to citizens. If you are not the person best placed within those organisations to complete the survey but know who is, please share the following information to the relevant person.

Digital inclusion activity survey | DataMapWales (gov.wales)

The interactive map allows front line staff and volunteers to search by postcode to signpost people in need of digital support in their local communities. The information you provide is important in helping us shape our map of digital inclusion support and activities across Wales (basic digital skills, devices and connectivity).

We are looking for as much engagement as possible to ensure the map contains accurate and current digital activity in communities across Wales.  We would really appreciate your help in completing the survey.

The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. The survey will close on 14 July 2023.

Please complete one survey for every location that your organisation provides support e.g. if you are a Local Authority that manages multiple libraries, please complete one survey for each library.

We aim to publish the next iteration of the map on Welsh Government’s Digital Inclusion page in autumn 2023. We intend to undertake this survey every six months to ensure that the map is up to date. How to help someone you know get online | GOV.WALES
