The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board, which includes Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Councils, and third and independent sector representation, has agreed on a set of key aims and objectives to improve the health and wellbeing of the population across the region. There are eight key ‘outcomes’ which have been agreed by all partners.
This ‘Regional Outcomes Framework (ROF)’ is now being adapted into an interactive web page. The ROF can show data from any organisation which contributes to a person’s wellbeing in the region. The key purpose is to see how we are improving the wellbeing and health of all of our people.
A workshop took place on the 15th of July 2021 to showcase the ROF and how third sector organisations could utilise it and get involved.
The workshop was attended by 19 people from various organisations. The discussions were insightful and productive.
The next step will be to talk to the attendees one-to-one to discuss how to add third sector data to the overall picture.
