The National Lottery announced new fund £2.5 million for Environmental projects supporting communities across UK to take action on climate change. The deadline for the fund is 5pm 18th November 2021

The Fund is offering Voluntary community organisations from £1,000 to £10,000 to run projects that reflect what matters to your community and can be small in scale. They could cover an area like; food, transport, energy, waste and consumption and the natural environment.

You do not need to be an expert in any of these areas to apply. They are particularly interested to hear from people starting to think about taking action on climate change in their communities.

By attending this Meet the Funder event we aim to give you the opportunity to:

• Ask questions about the new fund for environmental projects including the application process.
• Hear about who the fund is focused on supporting
• Gain an insight into the decision-making processes led by the funder.
• Receive advice direct from the National Lottery Community Funding Officers
