This fund is in partnership with Cardiff Council to explore how the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) – an initiative by the UK Government as a central pillar of the Levelling Up agenda and successor to the European Social Fund – can provide support to communities and places in Cardiff.
We have created a selection of grants to make funding available to local communities and businesses.

The C3SC Small Grants Scheme will provide support for third-sector organisations to deliver projects which work with the aims and objectives of the Shared Prosperity Fund. This grant scheme will focus on addressing the issues detailed under the Community & Place priority.
Proposed projects can start from October 2023 and may be funded up to the end of March 2024.
The Open Call will provide financial support through a grant scheme. The grant scheme will support capital and revenue investments in any area covered by the Shared Prosperity Fund. The fund will provide support to help strengthen communities, build pride in place, and deliver economic benefit.
You can apply for a minimum of £10,000 and a maximum of £250,000.
