The Mental Health First Aid Training is a consecutive two day face to face course. You must be available for both days of the course to be eligible to participate.

This course will help to improve your awareness and understanding of mental health issues and the role of mental health first aid in providing support to those in need. With the help of the course, you will be better placed to offer first aid for mental health to family members, friends, relatives, colleagues, students and children.

This course, delivered by a trainer from MIND, will take place on site at the MIND office:
