Taking minutes training course delivered by C3SC is for Trustees/staff of organisations to improve their understanding of how best to take minutes recording meetings.

The learning outcomes from this session are: 

• Understand why meetings are needed, what makes a good meeting, the need for minutes and accuracy of reporting.
• Understand the planning of an agenda and the preparation required
• Explore practical tips and useful words for producing good minutes
• Consider the blocks to participation
