Welsh Government Race Equality Action Plan

What should Wales look like in 2030?

December 8th, 4:30-6pm

Online Forum

Last Spring Deputy Minister Jane Hutt committed to creating a Race Equality Action Plan for the Welsh Government.

This session is about giving young people an opportunity to contribute that plan’s long term mission and vision.

We will begin with a bit of information about the Race Equality Action Plan and how it’s being developed:

·        What is the Race Equality Action Plan and what is it meant to do?

·        Who does it hold to account?

·        What will it do for you?

Then we will invite young people to join a conversation to define the following aspects of the Welsh Government Race Equality Plan:

·        What is the purpose and mission of the race equality action plan?

·        What does it mean for you and your life?

·        What should Wales look like in 2030?

·        What values do you want to see in the future Government of Wales?
