Judith has been a trustee of C3SC for six years.

I have over 20 years’ experience of working in the third sector with organisations that primarily focus on families and children.

For the past 13 years I have been Scheme Manager for Home-Start Cardiff East, a charity that supports families with young children. With the introduction of the new Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 and the launch of the Early Help Strategy, I believe the third sector’s role in providing vital services will be an invaluable resource to all, whilst working in partnership with other agencies.
