George was co-opted onto the C3SC Board in December 2020.

My name is George Soave (he/him). I am the Executive Producer at The Other Room in Cardiff City Centre – Wales’s first and only professional pub theatre – where I co-run the theatre, fundraising, producing plays and keep the doors open.

I’ve lived and worked in the Welsh capital since 2012 having originally hailed from Milton Keynes.

My passion lies in how culture is intertwined with civic life as a commodity. I have experience in working in arts charities and am keen to find out more about the wider social impact of the voluntary sector.

I am excited to continue to support the third sector in South Wales in the hope that I can give back to the industries which have made me the person and professional I am today.
