DESCRIPTION:The workshop is a chance to identify the key issues facing your community group and the actions the next Welsh Government should take.\n\n\nC3SC in our role as the infrastructure charity that supports\, promotes\, and champions the voluntary sector and volunteering in Cardiff has partnered with Building Communities Trust (BCT) to host a half-day workshop in Cathays & Central Youth and Community Centre. The workshop is one of a series of events across Wales to support the development of a manifesto for change ahead of the Senedd elections next year. DESCRIPTION:This training will help you understand the policies and processes you should have in place to welcome volunteers to your organisation.\n\n\nThe training will help you improve your knowledge on welcoming volunteers to your organisation. It would be suitable for volunteer managers\, coordinators\, supervisors\, team leaders and individuals who have responsibility for recruiting\, training and managing volunteers. Volunteers are welcome to apply and will be allocated a space\, on a first come first served basis. DESCRIPTION:The Power of Co-Production\n\n\nC3SC’s Health\, Social Care and Wellbeing Network Meeting: Thursday 17th July 10:00am – 12:00pm \nCardiff Third Sector Council will hold their next Health\, Social Care and Wellbeing Network meeting on Thursday 17th July\, with a two hour online session. \nThe meeting will focus on the power of co-production and will follow on from the workshop that took place on this topic at the Regional Partnership Board (RPB)Conference in May. \nDuring the meeting we will provide a short overview of the work of the RPB and will then seek to develop a shared understanding of what co-production is focussing on the following two questions: \n \n\nWhat are the key enablers to successful co-production?\nWhat are the barriers to successful co-production?\n\nWe will then focus on co-production opportunities for the third sector when working with the RPB. We will seek to glean insights from the third sector about co-production that can be developed into  tangible actions around changes that we would like to see that will improve collaborative working with the RPB and how C3SC can support those changes. \nDuring the meeting participants will also have the opportunity to network and learn from each other. Time will be made available for updates from participating organisations. \nNetwork members are always welcome to share ideas and co-produce the meeting’s agenda.
