DESCRIPTION:C3SC is pleased to invite you to our hybrid Cardiff Volunteer Coordinators’ Network (CVCN) meeting on Thursday 10th April.\n\n\nThe Cardiff Volunteer Coordinators’ Network (CVCN) is a Participation and Engagement initiative by Cardiff Third Sector Council as part of its commitment to the development and support of the volunteering infrastructure in Cardiff and its role within Third Sector Support Wales. Each quarterly meeting is packed with information\, guidance\, discussions and networking. It’s also a great way to raise the profile of volunteering in Cardiff. \nIf you are involved in managing or supporting volunteers? Perhaps you’re a paid worker or volunteer yourself! Adult abuse has become all too common in modern society and this course has been designed to make carers aware of the signs of abuse and what they can do to help. There are no prerequisites to enroll onto this course. \nWe have availability for 12 spaces – early booking is encouraged. \nAfter successful completion of the course\, participants will be accredited. \n \n\n\nCourse Objectives / Aims & Learning Outcomes \nTo provide the students with the knowledge and awareness of vulnerable adults.
