DESCRIPTION:The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is an initiative by the UK government and a central pillar of the Levelling Up agenda. We are partnering with Cardiff Council to explore how the UKSPF can provide support to communities and places in Cardiff. All courses will be available to our members for FREE on a first-come first-served basis.\n\n\nThis level 2 course will inform you of your legal responsibilities and what constitutes best practice in regards to controlling food safety hazards\, controlling temperatures\, food storage\, food preparation\, personal hygiene and premises cleaning. You will learn about your responsibilities through a range of interactive exercises\, written text\, and video content. Upon completion of this training\, you will be confident in your food hygiene knowledge and have all the skills and tools you need to keep people safe and comply with food hygiene law. \nThis course\, delivered by a trainer from Food Allergy Friends\, will take place in person at Butetown Community Centre.  \nYou can register your interest for the above courses by following the link here. \nPlease note\, we may limit spaces to two representatives per organisation/group if there is a high level of demand. \nFor any further enquiry contact C3SC on 02920 485722 or enquiries@c3sc.org.uk.
