DESCRIPTION:International Treatment Effectiveness Project (ITEP) is a mechanism by which quality of drug treatment can be developed and measured in order to improve delivery of treatment services. It uses mind maps as a visual cognitive tool to help clients organise their thoughts and goals easily\, by focusing on images and association. \nThis NewLink Wales training course focuses on the two approaches that are designed to be delivered by key workers as part of their client work sessions. DESCRIPTION:This Cardiff Council module is targeted at anyone who support/come into contact with adults on the autism spectrum and help to develop understanding of the condition. \nThis course is designed for practitioners new to the field of autism. It highlights the immense inequalities experienced by Welsh people across all social domains and in environmental terms\, and tells a story not of scarcity\, but of a society over-consuming its share of the world’s resources. DESCRIPTION:This Cardiff Council course is targeted at anyone who support/come into contact with adults on the autism spectrum and help to develop understanding of the condition. \nThis course is designed for practitioners new to the field of autism.  Participants will be introduced to basic concepts and theories relating to Autism Spectrum Disorders. The notion of autism as a spectrum disorder will be explored along with biological\, psychological and behavioural aspects of the condition. The workshop will introduce practical approaches alongside theoretical principles.
