SUMMARY:Business and Strategic Planning Training
DESCRIPTION:To equip staff and board members with the skills\, knowledge\, and techniques required to produce effective business and strategic plans.\n\n\nThis training course is suitable for those new to business and strategic planning or those wishing to gain further insight into the planning cycle. \nThe training will help participants to understand the importance and benefits of long-term planning and provide them with practical resources to plan more effectively within their organisations. \n \nBy the end of the session\, participants will: \n\nUnderstand the difference between business and strategic planning;\n\n\nAppreciate the purpose of a business and strategic plan and why every organisation needs one;\n\n\nRecognise the benefits of the planning process;\n\n\nBe able to develop comprehensive business and strategic plans.\n\n \nThe event will take place on Teams and the link will be sent through the day prior to the event. \nBy the end of the session participants will introduced a revised pricing structure for statutory and private sector attendees.
