SUMMARY:Challenging Extremism Instructor Training

DESCRIPTION:Children in Wales’ Preventing Bullying Behaviour Group presents: Bullying – Sharing the Challenge \nThere is significant recognition of the importance of early intervention and prevention strategies\, which include cultivating respectful relationships which help reduce negative attitudes that lead to bullying and hate crime incidents. This conference will consider how\, by sharing a collective understanding of bullying and implementing effective practice\, supportive schools and communities can challenge attitudes and improve children and young people’s resilience. Attachment disorder has come to be understood as a major contributor to behavioural and emotional problems in children\, and in the development of personality disorders in adulthood. Understanding the importance of attachment in early development and how to recognize when family bonds are undermined are critical skills for those working with families.
