SUMMARY:Careers Workshop: Building Brighter Futures
DESCRIPTION:Oxfam Cymru is running a free careers workshop open to any women\, aged 18 or over\, not in education or employment. \nLunch will be provided and there is an on-site free creche\, and for those without access to funds\, they can reimburse bus / train ticketson the day. \nIt will be a fun and informal day which is aimed to be accessible and useful.  \nThe aims of the days are: \n1. Participants explore their skills & strengths 2. Participants get to know processes for applying for jobs: understanding job descriptions\, creating a CV\, and writing job applications 3. Participants understand how to prepare for an interview: how to present yourself\, interview techniques and what employers are looking for 4.
