SUMMARY:Positive Ageing & Resilience Training (PART)
DESCRIPTION:This free event is being organised by Positive Ageing Associates (and funded through the Gulbenkian foundation)\, who’ve designed the PART programme to support older people to increase their resilience to changes that people experience in later life. \nThere are 20 places available for this\, which are suitable for anyone aged 50+ and free to attend. Lunch will be provided. \nPositive Ageing recently carried a similar event in Bristol\, and got some good local press coverage. \nCardiff has been chosen as one of the pilot areas for this training\, so it would be great to make sure it is offered to as many older people in Cardiff as possible. \nTime: 10am to 4pm both days
