SUMMARY:Join the Dots - Opportunity to tell your story
DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in sharing your story? Would you like to be in a video? Do you know of anyone who might be interested? \nCardiff and Vale Health Board is looking for young people in contact with emotional and wellbeing services to tell their story. They are looking for young people who have accessed services and would be happy to explain their journey\, both good and bad\, on film. \nThe filming will take place on 18th April in Penarth. \nThe Health Board would like to show the film in the promotion of a new services that are being made available in 2016/17. \nIf you would like to get involved\, or have any queries please get in touch with Linda Newton at Cardiff and Vale Action for Mental Health (CAVAMH) by calling (029) 2022 2000.   \nJoin the Dots is the group for young people aged 11- 25 to have a voice in the planning and delivery of mental health services – open to young people and groups with an interest in mental health.
