DESCRIPTION:Join Pedal Power over a free lunch and find out more about a free preventative health service for your patients and service users. \nCardiff Pedal Power would like to welcome you to the year 2 launch of the Changing Gear Project. A free project that aims to work with: \n–          People with long term conditions: including diabetes\, cancer and dementia \n–          Any mental health issue \n–          Anyone over the age of 50 \n–          Black minority ethnic women and their families  \nPedal Power works with people to set their health and wellbeing goals and remove the barriers to achieve these\, which includes covering people’s travel costs\, providing 1-2-1 lessons and more. \nPedal Power wants to work more closely with you this year to establish referral routes for patients and service users. \n‘Just a fantastic experience\, one of the best in the past six months of tetraplegia\, could not believe what I can now do!
