DESCRIPTION:This NewLink Wales course is accredited by City & Guilds. The activities that are completed throughout the two days are part of the assessment and there is no work to be completed outside of the course. \n This includes 2-day facilitation\, handouts\, refreshments\, a buffet lunch and full accreditation costs. \n City & Guilds is the UK’s leading provider of vocational qualifications\, offering over 500 awards across a wide range of industries and progressing from entry level to the highest levels of professional achievement. \nCourse content: The City & Guilds Introduction to Trainer Skills provides participants with a sound introduction to the concepts of a systematic approach to training. It’s an intensive course\, designed to be delivered over two days\, and is ideal for those who train others in organisations. \n The course will include: \n\nsetting ground rules\nuse of icebreakers\nthe learning environment\ntraining resources\ngaining and maintaining attention\nmotivation\nassessment\n\n  “I have found the knowledge and skills gained from the course extremely useful.  I carry out training sessions on a fairly regular basis and am now more confident as I am now able to plan and structure the sessions to better suit the delegates”. \n
