SUMMARY:Make Your Own Garden Planter Box Workshop
DESCRIPTION:ProMo-Cymru\, funded by Renew Wales\, is organising an exciting Make Your Own Garden Planter Box workshop at the Abacus. \nPLANTER BOX \nThrough this FREE workshop\, participants will learn to make their very own garden planter boxes out of wooden pallets. They’d also be able to bring home some organic strawberry plants\, herbs or flowers\, along with the planter boxes they’ve made. \nLARGER FURNITURE ITEMS \nThose who are feeling more ambitious are welcome to attend in groups (family members\, friends or colleagues) to on the same day to create larger items from pallets\, such as tables or benches. Contact cindy@promo-cymru.org to book. \nMATERIALS AND TOOLS \nAll the materials and tools will be provided and DIY skills are not compulsory because participants will be guided through the process. \nPlaces are limited and registration is required. Book your ticket now through EventBrite. \nTIME \n1st session: 10:00am to 1:00pm  Sold out 2nd session: 2:00pm to 5:00pm \nRefreshments will be provided. \nCOST \nThis is a free event\, however donations towards the material costs are greatly appreciated. \nThis workshop is funded through the Renew Wales. This initiative aims to work with communities across Wales to create awareness on environmental issues and to motivate action on climate change.
