DESCRIPTION:A one-day Diverse Cymru training course\nThis course aims to give participants a better understanding of the mental health needs of young people from a variety of perspectives\, to promote confidence in being able to respond to their needs. \n \nWhy attend?\nTo gain an awareness and understanding of mental health issues which affect adolescents and young people. \nTo identify risk factors in the prevention of suicide and also other risk taking factors ie bullying\, bereavement and substance misuse. \nTo enable participants to more effectively support and respond to the needs of adolescents and young people including signposting them on for specialist care. \nFind out more and book your place via the Diverse Cymru website.
