SUMMARY:Suicide Alertness for Everyone (SafeTALK): Training for Trainers
DESCRIPTION:Do you have group facilitation or training skills and want to make a difference? Mind Cymru would like to offer you the opportunity to become a trainer delivering an internationally recognised programme. \nSafeTALK is a suicide alertness programme that prepares anyone over the age of 15 to recognise people who are having thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first-aid resources. \nThe SafeTALK T4T is a two-day course that prepares people to become SafeTALK trainers. Individuals will develop knowledge and competencies in preparing for and presenting SafeTALK to participants. \nThere are only a limited number of places available to become a SafeTALK trainer\, so please book early to avoid disappointment. DESCRIPTION:This event will explore some of the key issues and ways of ensuring that current and future housing supply and options meet and take into consideration the needs of equality groups.
